By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement. Please read it carefully before using our services.
JTaskHub is an online platform that connects people who need tasks completed ("Requesters") with people who can complete those tasks ("Taskers"). JTaskHub provides the platform but does not directly provide task services.
To use JTaskHub, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Create an account with accurate and complete information.
Agree to have your identity verified (photo ID may be required).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
When using our platform, you agree to:
Post truthful and clear task descriptions.
Communicate honestly and respectfully with other users.
Only offer and perform legal tasks.
Comply with all relevant local laws and regulations.
JTaskHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement.
All payments for tasks are processed through JTaskHub’s secure payment system.
Requesters deposit payment when hiring a Tasker.
Funds are held securely until the task is completed and confirmed by the Requester.
Upon confirmation, payment is released to the Tasker.
If a dispute arises, JTaskHub will work with both parties to help reach a fair resolution.
JTaskHub may charge service fees, which will be outlined clearly during the task posting or quoting process.
After a task is completed, both Requesters and Taskers can leave a review and rating.
You agree to leave honest, respectful, and factual feedback. JTaskHub may remove reviews that are abusive, misleading, or violate our policies.
While we work hard to maintain a trusted community, JTaskHub does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of tasks posted or completed. Users must use their judgment and conduct appropriate checks when interacting with others.
Users must not:
Impersonate others or create false accounts.
Post offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.
Attempt to circumvent the platform for off-site transactions.
Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
Violations may result in account suspension or legal action.
JTaskHub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claims related to our services will be limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the past 12 months.
We may update this User Agreement from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted on the website. Your continued use of JTaskHub means you accept the updated terms.
